When delivering wedi products, we aim for a reliable, clear and well-coordinated delivery process. All deliveries are carefully planned and always scheduled in consultation with you, so you know exactly what to expect. The delivery times stated for products are indicative; the final delivery date is always confirmed in your order confirmation.

After placing your order, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery. We take your preferences, accessibility of the delivery address and any specific on-site circumstances into account. In many cases, it is possible to receive a time indication in advance or to request that the driver contacts you shortly before arrival.

Delivery & logistics

We deliver using various vehicles, depending on the type and volume of the ordered materials. Goods are unloaded as standard next to the delivery vehicle. Are there any restrictions on site, such as narrow streets, limited access or weight restrictions? Please inform us in advance so we can ensure a smooth delivery.

Smaller items may be shipped as parcel deliveries. In that case, you will usually receive a track & trace code by email. For larger or heavier orders, delivery is always scheduled personally with you.

Delivery costs for wedi products depend on the delivery address and the total order value. We apply fixed, transparent rates so you know exactly what to expect in advance.
