Delivery times

The delivery times stated for the products are intentionally set with some margin to avoid disappointment. However, all delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them. The final delivery date will be confirmed in the order confirmation. The day of ordering only counts if both the order and payment have been received by us before 12:00 noon.

The delivery date is always planned in consultation with you. A product with a delivery time of 1 working day can therefore also be scheduled for delivery several working days later. We will always contact you about this. During the ordering process, you can already indicate your preferred delivery date.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme shortages or periods of exceptional demand, delays or changes may occasionally occur.

Time indication on the day of delivery

In most cases, it is possible to provide an estimated delivery time, for example within a two-hour time slot. If this is desired, please let us know. We will inform you of this indication on the afternoon prior to the delivery day. Please note: traffic conditions cannot be planned, so this information should always be considered an indication only.

A call from the driver

If desired, we can ask the driver to call you approximately one hour before arrival to announce the delivery.

Delivery address & unloading of materials

We deliver using different types of trucks and trailers, depending on the materials and quantities ordered. We always do our best to assess the on-site possibilities in advance. If there are any restrictions, such as vehicle weight limits, length restrictions, limited access for large vehicles or other specific circumstances, please inform us in advance. This allows us to ensure an optimal delivery. The goods are unloaded next to the delivery vehicle.

Vertical transport – deliveries to upper floors

Having materials delivered to a specific floor can save a significant amount of time and physical effort. For example, if you live on the third floor and have ordered heavy building materials, you can either carry them upstairs yourself or choose vertical transport. Vertical transport is the ideal solution to save time, effort and prevent physical strain.

Parcel deliveries

For smaller items, we can use parcel delivery services. Unfortunately, with parcel services we have less control over the exact delivery time and cannot request the driver to call in advance. In most cases, however, we can send you a track & trace code by email so you can follow the shipment.

Deliveries to the Wadden Islands and abroad

Deliveries to the Wadden Islands and Belgium are generally no problem, although delivery times may vary. We always contact you to discuss the delivery time and accessibility of the address. For deliveries to other countries, shipping costs are available on request.
