You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, De Bouwmarktshop.nl, Industrieweg 5f, 5262 GJ Vught, of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (for example in writing or by email).

You may use the withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. If you use the form, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Products manufactured according to customer specifications (custom-made products) cannot be returned. The costs of returning products are always borne by the customer.

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back, or until you have provided proof that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the products without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. You are on time if you return the products before this period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by you if the products cannot be returned by post. These costs are estimated at a maximum of €250.

You are only liable for any reduction in value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumer purchases relating to:

• Products made according to the consumer’s specifications (custom-made products) or clearly personalised
• Products that are liable to deteriorate or have a limited shelf life
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery
• Products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
