The core of the Fundo Plano Linea is made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) with a closed-cell structure. This material is completely waterproof and does not absorb moisture. The surface is finished with a robust, fibre-reinforced mortar layer, allowing tiles to be installed directly. The factory-formed slope (≥ 2.4%) ensures reliable water flow towards the linear drain.
Integrated linear drain – compact and compliant
The Fundo Plano Linea is supplied as a complete system with an integrated DN-40 horizontal linear drain. The drain is factory-sealed and meets DIN EN 1253 requirements. Its compact design keeps the overall installation height to a minimum, making this shower tray ideal for bathrooms with limited floor depth.
