Like all wedi Fundo shower trays, the Borgo features a pre-formed slope and a fully waterproof XPS core.

Not every bathroom has space for a large rectangular shower tray. The Fundo Borgo provides a smart solution for corner installations while maintaining comfort, safety and performance. Its quadrant shape integrates perfectly with curved and semi-circular shower enclosures.

Prefabricated slope and 100% waterproof base
The Fundo Borgo features a factory-formed slope that reliably directs water towards the centrally positioned waste outlet. The core is made from closed-cell extruded polystyrene (XPS), providing a fully waterproof base that does not absorb moisture. The surface is finished with a robust, fibre-reinforced mortar layer and is ready for tiling immediately.
Flexible waste selection
The wedi Fundo Borgo is supplied without a fixed waste, allowing you to choose the most suitable wedi waste for your installation. In most applications, a DN-50 waste is used, either horizontal or vertical. Where installation height is limited, a DN-40 waste can also be applied. The waste position is centrally located for even water drainage.

Quick and easy installation
Thanks to its lightweight construction and prefabricated design, the Fundo Borgo is easy to handle and install. The tray can be adjusted on site if required while maintaining its geometry and slope. Combined with wedi sealing systems, it creates a durable and fully waterproof corner shower.
